HOW WE DO BUSINESS

A FREE PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE of the cost of building your project is provided without any obligation.

A DESIGN FEE will be charged to create or modify a plan and make it Unit Buildable. This is payable in advance.

	An initial payment determined on your contract
	The balance is due on completion of the contract service, i.e., Unit Structure delivery or site construction service.
	Progress payments may be required and will be a part of our contract.
	If architectural and engineering services are required, the costs will be detailed in an addendum to the contract. The costs of such services must be paid in full in advance.
	Our contract contains warranties on all components including a general one-year warranty on unit construction as well as a seven-year structural warranty.
